This article from Jan 2002 by George Will is illuminating. Mr. Will states in the opening about GWB "He limped out of Florida. Now he bestrides the Globe. As of 9:34 PM November 14, 2008 the Globe is in Washington D.C. trying to figure out how to save the "Globes Economy" and George W. Bush is the waiter. Seriously, about the only thing he can do is give heads of state a drink.
