Bush is nothing if not optimistic about the prospects for Middle East peace. Even as his negotiating partners are incapacitated by scandal and internal conflict, the lame duck President reiterated his January promise to produce an Israeli-Palestinian peace agreement by the time he leaves office eight months from now."
I just looked at the headlines stating over 200 dead and thousands injured when Israel launched a massive air strike into the Gaza Strip. Yep, thank God we have had George W. Bush as our President. As this May article shows he is going to bring peace to the Middle East. He promises, and he is optimistic. I bet old Rush will be all over this success story Monday morning. Huh?
