William Fisher: The End of Cowboy Justice?: "Under the new Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) approved by the Iraqi government last week, U.S. contractors will be subject to Iraqi law for the first time. Moreover, some observers believe that Iraq may even be able to hold them legally accountable for offenses allegedly committed before the SOFA was approved."
Just as soon as the first American is arrested for any criminal (not war related) conduct in Iraq by Iraqi's, Rush and Sean and Neil will put the blame on Obama. They will not even mention the SOFA approved by GWB. Put it on your calendar, they will do it.
